Hi. I’m Ivo Ruckstuhl.

I love working with great people that are far better in their art then I will ever be. For me, it is a privilege to learn and to improve my own contribution and leadership among such peers. And I am ready to take the occasional heat, the debates, the strong personalities, creative tension, and I encourage others to challenge my views. Consensus is at the end, not the beginning.

I cherish diversity in thinking. I believe that today's challenges cannot be solved by a genius, by a superman or wonder woman. We need teams, cognitive diversity, and collaboration. It's about the collective performance.

As I am fortunate to work with so many smart and insightful people, I would like to be as generous as possible in sharing my experience and knowhow. I'm committed to condense and synthesize what I and others (!) have learned in this ever-changing world of business, tech, innovation, strategy, and digital transformation.

My goal is to create clarity - to cut cut through the noise and complexity of management, leadership, and business and find the signals that hold the truth.

My dream is to see my two daughters grow up to become strong and confident women. I want to contribute to a world in which they can prosper - a world of benevolence and opportunity for everybody.
